Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 5th, beginning at 7:00 AM until PFLAG sells out (typically around 11 AM)! This is their only fundraising event of the year. Please consider helping out or purchasing delicious treats!

PLAG has a specific goal this year: funds raised during the bake sale will be used to continue our efforts to educate and support our community, and to start gearing up for a very public “flag” display of pride for next year’s PRIDE MONTH.
They need volunteers to make the bake sale the best ever. Early shift for setup – late shift for takedown. Early shift will help decorate the table and tent. Will be pricing baked goods that come unpriced. And will help to arrange and put up signage for baked goods. And will begin sales. Mid-shift will help to sell. If enough people sign up, they will divide and have someone walk around with buttons to pass out and accept cash donations. Late shifts will help to complete sales, deconstruct decor, and set up. ***YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR MULTIPLE SHIFTS.
If you are baking, please put your item(s) in clear wrap or bags. Write the name of the item on the outside. Don’t forget to indicate if your item has nuts; people want to know. Bake Sale Rules Require: They must have a separate sheet with the name of each item and its ingredients (recipes not necessary) along with your name and phone number. We are developing a reputation for home-baked goods made from scratch.
